Who I am
|
Greg Muller, PH.D. Licensed Psychologist | Assistant Professor | Clinical Researcher I'm Dr. Greg Muller - a clinical psychologist, researcher, and educator focused on evidence-based treatment of anxiety, OCD, and trauma - and on expanding access to effective psychological care. I'm interested in questions that cross traditional disciplinary boundaries - particularly where human behavior, health, and real-world problems intersect. My Background - My clinical specialization is cognitive behavioral therapy with exposure (CBT/ERP). I developed this expertise at the University of Florida's Anxiety/OCD Intensive Outpatient Program, where I also worked with UF's Fear Facers Summer Camp and served as the Assistant Clinical Coordinator (2021). I've worked in settings ranging from school-based services to acute inpatient facilities, and have experience conducting psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment. Currently - As an Assistant Professor in Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, I provide: psychotherapy services, conduct clinical research, train psychiatry residents, and serve as a study therapist on psychedelic clinical trials. I'm also a member of the American Psychological Association's Society for Military Psychology (Division 19). Beyond Psychology - I'm an avid runner, photographer, traveler, and lifelong student. I'm especially drawn to music, the outdoors, the arts, and exploring unfamiliar places. Thanks for visiting! Best wishes, GNM |
