What I do

Background:

I developed my clinical specialty in CBT with exposure at the  University of Florida’s (UF) Division of Psychology's anxiety/obsessive-compulsive disorder intensive outpatient program. From 2017-2022, I also participated in UF's Fear Facers Summer Camp and served as the camp’s Assistant Clinical Coordinator in 2021.

My approach to therapy is significantly based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment (ACT) models of treatment for a variety of psychological disorders. I also have proficiency in educational, psychological, and neuropsychological assessment. My clinical expertise has included work with patients across a continuum of care including
school-based settings to acute inpatient facilities. I have also worked with student-athletes at the University of Florida as a strategy tutor.
