Clinical Approach:

​My approach to therapy is significantly based on the use of evidence-based interventions for a variety of conditions. This mainly includes: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment (ACT) models of treatment.

This includes:

-Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
-Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

-Exposure-response prevention (ERP/ExRP)
-Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy
-Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
-Written Exposure Therapy (WET)

-Habit-Reversal Therapy (HRT)
-Mindfulness-based interventions 
-Motivational interviewing (MI)
